Memories

Got this complaint from most of my friends that why I have been writing all negative stuff these days..One of my friends had gone to the extent of saying "Bhagwaan k liye kuchh achha likhiyo next time..."(m not complaining, but I love you Mini for being the best critic and inspiring me) So here I have a small list that I would never forget, things that hold a special place in maah life.

1. Bus No. : 816
I guess this bus is special for everyone who's been to North Campus from West Delhi. Atleast I lived every possible Human Emotion in this bus : happiness, laughter, saddness, anger, hatred, fear, fun, hmmmm.... The route initially seemed to be long and tiring but soon it became enjoyable..Sum stops like Nangia Park, Chowki num 2, Shastri Nagar, Moti Nagar, Kirti Nagar, remind me of certain ppl and the time spend with them..Every morning I had these wonderful ppl to escort/accompany me on the route n yeaah in the evening as well..I often embarrass ppl by shouting "Look!!! that's MY 816" lolzz.."816" is a special number now..

2. Fun Cinemas : Moti Nagar
5th Dec '06 my first movie ever with my friends "Dhoom 2"(yes!!it's true I had never been to a movie before with my friends) It was the first time I interacted with ppl of my class..Got to know them well..First time travelled without a ticket in the bus(15 Delhi University Students and 1 conductor..haha..) and the next movie that I saw there was "Guru"..Though the hall was empty as it was the last week but yeah we were enough to make it full..

3. Digital Lab on Sunday
"Who goes for a class on sunday??" but when u are in HansRaj, anything is possible ;) Yeahh we had our Digi Lab on Sunday(during the Jan vacations) n trust me HansRaj is even more crowded on Sundays..It was truely the best sunday of maah life..Digi lab was fun but spending sunday with ur frnzz is fun toooo..

4. Chacha Ke Chholle Bhature
Now that's the only place in Knags(kamla Nagar ;) keeping it short and sweet) that I was scared of going, specially when you have this rumour of result coming out any moment..3 consecutive semesters, I have been to that place, enjoying the delicious, spiciest chholle bhature and getting a call or an sms "Result is Out"..urghh..Still the place is fun to hang around..n yup how can I forget the "banta" after chholle bhature.. I miss it the most..

5. Keventer's Milk
"Dood Dood Dood Dood Dood...Piyo glassfull Dood.." hehe..The anthem for the initial 2semesters, jus to irritate few :P It was yummyyy but everytime I had it, the day ended with me catching cough and cold..So here goes the second myth(the first was chacha ke chholle bhature ;))

6. Walk from Hansraj to DU Metro Station
The first time I took that road, it seemed like a never ending road. But couldn't even suggest a rikshaw :( hmmm but it was fun..That long, never ending road seems to be fun when you have your bestest friends around to chit chat with..The Bhelpuri waale uncle outside Arts faculty (he's a saint, he'll share with you all his life's experiences and also guide you to make your life worth living ;) I still remember him telling us after our exam : "Udaas kyun hote ho beta!! exam kharab hi toh hua hai..waise bi padhke karna kya hai??")..The bhelpuri stall outside Hindu, the momo's near patel chest, the kwality wall's ice cream..All the roadside stuff that mom tells you not to eat..Everything was just so so amazing..
